HistoryThis tuition center is the idea from Tn. Hj. Zailani Bauk , a pension teacher from Hutan Melintang, Perak. He stay at Singapore for most 30 years teached at Singapore High School in 1960 to 1990. Thought that Singaporeans students need more source to get excellent result in their examination and gain the Singaporeans to open their eyes in information technology, Tn. Hj. Zailani and his eldest son, Professor Ramlan Hj. Zailani planned to develop a tuition center.
Their dream became true after they got a plain building in Sungai Besar Town. A good planning make the best company. In 1993 the tuition center of Akademi Maya started their service. In that year they just offered two courses that is computer course of Microsoft Word and English language for UPSR students.
Initially there were so many challenges that may because give up to Tn. Hj. Zailani, but with the support from family and friends his dream became reality. Year by year Akademi Maya grow up to be the best tuition center. This homepage was created by his grandson in 1999.
